Clicked the link: "FFmpeg download page.".

Clicked the link: "Installing the FFmpeg Import/Export Library on Windows".

Clicked the link: "FFmpeg installation section".

Audacity Preferences: Libraries -> FFmpeg Library -> Clicked Download link.
